Moved to resolve that the following be made a Standing Order: In any case in which an infant is or may be interested in the consequences of an Estate Bill, the Chairman of Committees may, if he think fit, require that such infant shall be represented before the Committee on the Bill by a person to be appointed as or in the nature of a guardian or protector of such infant by the Lord Chancellor, or the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal by writing under his hand.

Agreed to; and the said resolution ordered to be added to the Roll of Standing Orders, to be numbered 163a, and to be printed. (No. 41.)
