asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, If there had been a Report received from from Mr. Crow, British Consul at Berlin, with respect to railway rates and charges, and the administration of railways by the Government of Germany?

EARL GRANVILLE ,

in reply, said, that there was such a Report. It had been presented to Parliament in March last, and would be found among the Consular Reports.
