asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether he will object to instruct the Secretaries of Legation to supply information respecting the systems upon which public roads are constructed and maintained in the different European States to which they are accredited; also, where-ever such information may be procurable to supply statistics showing the costs of maintaining the roads in repair?
