My Lords, it is my duty to announce to your Lordships that as soon as the Chancellor of the Exchequer, the Leader of the other House of Parliament, has made his Financial Statement for the year—which he hopes to do almost immediately—and has perfected the arrangements befitting the occasion, Her Majesty, with the advice of Her Ministers, will dissolve the present Parliament.
