Moved to resolve, That as regards the said Bill, inasmuch as the passing thereof through Parliament has been suspended in order to make its provisions conformable to those of the Probates and Letters of Administration Bill, and that it is desirable that legislation on this subject should be uniform in the two countries, for these reasons the circumstances which render legislation on the subject matter of the said Bill expedient are of such urgency as to render the immediate consideration of the same necessary: agreed to.
