HENRY JAMES SHARPE, Esquire, was again called in, and further examined as follows—

Do you produce from the Rolls Chapel the Patent Rolls of the Fourth of James the First?

I do (producing the same).

Do you find there a Patent creating Lord Haye a Peer for Life?

I do.

Have you an examined Copy of it?

I have (producing the same).

Do you produce also the Patent Rolls of the Thirteenth of James the First?

I do (producing the same).

Do you find there a Patent creating Lord Haye to be Baron Haye of Sawley, with Succession to his Heirs Male?
