stated, that he had been requested by several noble Lords to put off to a future evening the Borough Improvements and Drainage of Towns Bills, which stood fixed for that evening, in order that some further time might be given for the consideration of the clauses which had reference to Scotland. He should therefore move that the further consideration of these bills be postponed till Friday.
