The Subletting Act Amendment (Ireland), Committed; the Tithes on Barren Land; the Poor Relief brought in by the Marquis of WESTMEATH, and read a first time, for the regulation of the Baking Trade (Ireland).

Petitions presented. By the Earl of ESSEX, from the Merchants and Inhabitants of Falmouth, for a revision of the Penal Code. By Lord WHARNCLIFFE, from the Spinners of Halifax, for the Establishment of some Regulations in the mode of employing Children in Manufactories.
