By Earl GREY, for a more equitable distribution than at present of the Funds destined to promote Education in Ireland, from Hilnarvel; from the Burghs of Arbroath and Montrose by the same noble Earl, and from the City of Cork, for a Reform in Parliament. For the abolition of Slavery, by Earls GREY and CARNARVON, the Bishops of LONDON and GLOUCESTER, and Lords CALTHORPE and MELBOURNE, a great number from different Dissenting Congregations in all parts of the Country.
