1.58 am§ Mr. MillanThe House will know that we are voting against the Third Reading because of our extreme opposition to clause 1. There are many useful things in the Bill. I thank my hon. Friends who handled the Bill in Committee for the Opposition, the other Opposition Members of the Committee and some Conservative Members, for making some improvements to the less contentious parts of the Bill. However, we thoroughly deplore clause 1 and we shall vote against the Third Reading.
