On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Could you give us your guidance and enlighten us as to what has been happening during the past 10 minutes? I vote in a Division whenever I can, but I did not vote in this one because I was unable to ascertain what it was all about. I have been here since 2.30 this afternoon. I regret that I was unable to be here this morning, but I have no idea what the last Division was about, nor do I know how I could have ascertained it.

Mr. Speaker

The right hon. and learned Gentleman must read the Sessional Order of 14th December, when all will become transparently clear to him.
