Motion made, and Question put, That this day, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 14, the Report of the Air Supplementary Estimate, 1936, and Business other than the Business of Supply, may be taken before Eleven of the clock, and that the Proceedings on the Reports of Supply of 17th and 15th March may be taken after Eleven of the clock, and that the Proceedings on Government Business be exempted, at this day's Sitting, from the provisions of the Standing Order (Sittings of the House).—[The Prime Minister.]
