Amendment proposed: In page 5, line 6, at the end, to insert the words: (4) For the words 'I have not voted at this General Election in respect of any

qualification other than a residence qualification,' wherever those words occur, in Part 11 of the Second Schedule to the principle Act and wherever those words occur in the Fifth Schedule to the principal Act, there shall be substituted the words 'I have not voted at this General Election.'"—[Mr. Clynes.]
