Motion made, and Question put, That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £47,700, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March. 1920, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Offices of the Chief

Secretary in Dublin and London (including Grants for the Higher Education of ex-officers, &c.), of the Inspectors of Lunatic Asylums and of the Irish Public Health Council, and Expenses under the Inebriates Acts."
