Motion made and Question put: "That conveyances or transfers operating as voluntary dispositions inter vivos shall be charged with stamp duties, calculated on the value of the property con- veyed or transferred, at the like rates as those chargeable on conveyances or transfers on sale."—[Mr. Lloyd-George.]
