The powers conferred on the Land Judge by Sub-section (6) of Section fifteen of the Act of 1903 (which relates to sub-tenancies and sub-divided holdings) for the purposes of the sale of an estate

by the Land Judge to the Land Commission may be exercised by the Land Judge for the purposes of the sale of an estate by him to the congested Districts Board.
