(1) There shall be an administrative committee of the Congested Districts Board consisting of the Chief Secretary, the Under-Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant, the permanent members and two other members of the Board not being ex officio members, to be chosen by the appointed and the representative members.

(2) The administrative committee shall control the finance of the Board.

(3) Subject to such control, the Board shall have power to determine all matters arising in relation to the purchase or resale of land or the aiding and developing of agriculture, industries or fishing under

the Congested Districts Board (Ireland) Acts as amended by this Act.

(4) The powers and duties of the Board shall, subject to the foregoing provisions of this section, be exercised and performed by and through the administrative committee.
