asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he could see his way to graduate more finely, and instead of jumping from 7 per cent. to 8 per cent. to go from 7 per cent. to 7. 1 per cent., 7. 2 per cent., and so on. In that way he would be able to get more money.
